Tooting Tram and Social Club craftacular!

The decadent and gorgeous Tooting Tram and Social Club hosted a craftacular today! The venue oozes charm and hidden delights. Each wall is adorned with old pictures, mirrors, artefacts and shabby leather sofas are strewn invitingly around the huge space, hemmed by retro furniture. Candles and chandeliers create a cosy atmosphere. The managaer, Anna, takes great pride in her special charge.

Todays fair was organised by Lotus Events. Over 20 stalls proudly sold the best of hand-made ephemera, ranging from upcycled keepsakes to 1930's style dolls. Crafty Pint, who run regular workshops at week-ends, ran a DIY lounge. I learnt how to make a bow-tie from scraps of fabric. Original crafts and a magical venue!
