This tailors dummy belonged to my great grandfather, Hymie Goodman, who was a master tailor. The dummy must be about 100 years old and used to live in my childhood bedroom, dressed up in my grandmas antique ball gown! When I bought my own lily-pad, I missed him and so schlepped him from Manchester, on the train, and across London on the tube! He now proudly resides in Ealing, doubling up as my coat and jewellery stand..and I love it!
