I love this chandelier, made entirely out of old washing up bottles! Apparently it's creator was inspired by Dan Flavin, the innovative american artist who I have liked for several years since seeing a retrospective at the Hayward Gallery.
Flavin was a minimalist artist whose signature style was sculptural objects and installations made from flourescent rods of light. Although very different, some of Tracey Emins neons reminded me of Dan Flavins dazzling works.
